Simple Membership
Our membership offers are simple hotdesk access with roaming location, through to a dedicated desk including lockable storage. We also have private office spaces in our Nottingham studios for hire. Flexible options include quarterly contracts and drop-in ‘ad hoc’ rental.
All tenants can access our meeting rooms, kitchen facilities with coffee bar, and document printing / business support service. Other features include high speed internet, hardwood furniture, LED lighting, smart access control and shower rooms.
The modern office space and facilities have been designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment, which can nurture creativity and deliver privacy when required. We work here too, so it's important to us!

The Lace Market is Nottingham’s most interesting city centre quarter, with a wealth of historical buildings, set around St Mary’s church. Stoney Street Studios are the flagship development, representing a multi-million investment in the city’s creative quarter by Perrymead Estates. Three years in the making and with a £2.5 million renovation spend, the building has been designed to meet demand for flexible office space in Nottingham.
Other developments in the portfolio include Kayes Walk Residences, and Garage Studios, a development of eight offices, replacing the city’s renowned Lizard Lounge nightclub.
‘The space was stripped back to it’s bare structure, including the removal and shot blasting of the trademark industrial windows. Much of the fit-out is more the style of a boutique hotel than a conventional office.’
