I am proud to be Stoney Street Studios first member. Berta and the team have sorted everything for me so quickly, and efficiently, I have been productive from Day 1

It’s a privilege to work in such a great building. I love the phone operated key system, and Stanley (the office dog).

As a team of 5, working from home since the 1st lockdown, using SSS on an ad-hoc basis has been of real benefit to our business. Whilst we are accustomed to meeting face-to-face in well-appointed and well-equipped, corporate co-working spaces in London, it is reassuring to know that these services can be matched, even improved upon, by an independent, open-minded and engaging company in Nottingham.

The Lace Market is Nottingham’s most interesting city centre quarter, with a wealth of historical buildings, set around St Mary’s church. In recent years, new life has come to the streets, with both residential occupiers and independent businesses moving into the area. It can truly be called the beating heart of Nottingham.

The building dates from 1845, and has been redeveloped to blend original features with modern design.

Stoney Street Studios are the flagship development, representing a multi-million investment in the city’s creative quarter by Perrymead Estates. Three years in the making and with a £2.5 million renovation spend, the building has been designed to meet demand for flexible working space in Nottingham.

Other developments in the portfolio include Kayes Walk Residences, and Garage Studios, a development of eight offices, replacing the city’s renowned Lizard Lounge nightclub.

‘The space was stripped back to it’s bare structure, including the removal and shot blasting of the trademark industrial windows. Much of the fit-out is more the style of a boutique hotel than a conventional office.’
